Finance Manager
Location – Dubai, UAE
Status – Live in Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of general accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting to senior management. The role will also involve managing a small number of legal entities. Candidates would preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (and/or Finance) and 4+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager role
This position is open to applicants who reside in and have the required work visa relating to the UAE.
Position Requirements
- Maintain the general ledger, reconcile and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Management reporting including Consolidation
- Monitor, manage and report cashflow including named person on banking
- Ensure at all times compliance to all accounting standards and processes are followed
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to create and present budgets/forecasts
- Coordinate complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the Accounting and Finance team or with other departments
- Manage and process the payroll for all employees as per company policy
- Manage annual audit and tax filing process and monitor government compliance matters
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management Team
- Build and maintain good relationships internally and with external advisors/contacts
- Hold a Batchelors etc etc
- Have 4+ years etc etc

Workshop Supervisor
Location – Malaysia
Product Line – Well Intervention
Status – Rotational or Live in Position
Job Reference – HR-APWS1
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Malaysia. Candidates would preferably have 5+ years’ experience in the disciplines of Thru Tubing Intervention and Wellbore Isolation products including Mechanical Plugs, Setting Tools and Gauge Hangers.
Position Requirements
- Liaise and work closely with operations team to confirm operational requirements are met, advise of any shortfalls in a timely manner
- Participate in preparing equipment load-outs ensuring all equipment is loaded and secured safely
- Assist in preparing accurate working instructions for all thru tubing and well intervention products
- Review equipment when it returns from operations noting serial/asset numbers, unloading equipment from shipping basket/container
- Ensuring 3rd party rental equipment is identified and promptly returned
- Report all assets Damaged Beyond Repair (DBR) or not returned and advising operations where applicable in a timely manner
- Coordinate repairs and manufacture of equipment with 3rd party vendors
- Reporting any equipment damage as soon as possible
- Coordinating inspection services in accordance with requirements, highlighting critical wear parts where necessary
- Control inventory and stock levels
- Record all parts used are accurately recorded and tracked accordingly
- At all times to be aware of operational resources, constraints and assist in all issues related to service delivery
- Look after and maintain workshop equipment
- Housekeeping of workshop and surrounding area to at the highest standard
- Coordinate calibration certification for all redress and operational tools
- Organise and coordinate yearly stock check
- Ensure that all assets have full traceability, certification and are fit for purpose
- Ensure all redress, build sheets, scanned documents are filed correctly and in the relevant location

- Liaise with the support team and customer representative to confirm the objectives of the operation are met.
- Have a methodical, precise, accurate and results-driven approach to all tasks.
- Provide technically proficient advice during operations with a focus on efficiency and flawless operation execution.
- Team player with the ability to problem-solve and work to tight deadlines along with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to meet travel requirements at short notice.
